I gad temp councilling and they give u techniques, they mainly said before i was about to get up and do/say somethn about what got me vexed to stop for a couple of seconds, breathe and count to 10 slowly holding your breathe. Do it 3 or 4 times and should calm u down.

works sometimes, depends on what pissed u off tho init
