yeah man. this is wut u should do...
do 3 sets of 50 with a 30 second break inbetween each set. and what really helps with moobs..or big nipples or w/e ur looking to do...is eat really healthy..a lot of greens salad shit and grilled chicken. also ...try sprinting for 30 seconds at a time...running as fast as u possibly can...that helps a lot too
