bench press, incline, and decline. All would REALLY help with the chest shit yo. I do that shit every time I work out. Shit helps a lot. you can feel that burn. Then push-ups and do that shit like 3 times a week hour each time or w/e.
but i don't think it's good to do it on consecutive days. Cuz your muscles need time to reheal, otherwise next time you work out you'll just be burning away muscle.
