It's bad, and it's racist, it's hateful and contains the shit, and it's recommended/preferred you don't use it.

a person who gets angry by words does not have a legal right to hit or hurt anybody. And a person should be mature enough not to use bad words in public, but things happen and situations occur where such does happen because people take offense naturally by heritage and ancestry.

If black people can never learn to handle themselves about the subject and if up to this point, anyone who said nigger has been killed or stabbed, then we probably wouldn't teach it to anyone anymore. And let the kids find out on their own.
