Technology is what advances the world. War in Iraq? We technologized bombs so we can win...and will eventually (go america)
Crime rate? Look at Robocop - he was made from technology, and nobody ever got away from him.
Don't you hate cashiers at the grocery store? Even when I was one, I still hated them...now, thanks to technology, they're being replaced by robots. (i.e. "self check-out lane")

So technology's awesome. And although I'm a little weary about putting robots in control, I still take the bus all over town.
