if someone buys drugs from someone and they overdose on it, who's fault would it be??

everytime someone O.Ds off something its either the cops or the parents that always blame the dealers that sold them it. how the fuck is it the dealers fault? i mean sure..if it wasnt for the person that sold them the drugs they wouldnt have it, but thats not even true. if its not through someone they're gonna go through someone else and its the parents fault for not watching their kid and truly teaching them not to do drugs. the dealer shouldnt be responsible for the persons dumbass mistake of taking too much. people are supposed ta know about what they're buying.


i know this shits another drug thread but its pretty much the only thing worth making a whole thread over
