The sad part here is that the US sells some of its oil to England and that per barrel is less because the UK refines its own gasoline. And refines gas FOR the Middle East.
Meaning that we sell for high because our oil is pricey to us, and the UK pays high because their money is worth more.
In most of the UK in late April, 2008, prices tipped £5 a gallon which, in other words, speaks at $9.86.
So, put that in your pipe. There are reasons that they pay more, beyond that of the economy, the only thing economic about their gasoline prices is the fucking fact that the U.S.' sucks..
