It is true.

A guy here in NZ invented it about 10 years ago, but then was basically forced to sell the blueprint to some major oil company.

There are a few cars here that run on vegetable oil. Theres a political party called 'The Green Party' that has there bus running off vegetable oil.


Fucking good idea if you ask me. Boycott oil
