There are some sick drummers out there, but I've always been a fan of Dave Grohl. He owned when he was in Nirvana with that queer long hair and shit.

Favourite Rock Bands...

1. Guns 'n' Roses - They are fucking awesome pure and simple and have amazing tracks. Also, Sweet Child 'O Mine is one of the all time greats and the guitar riff is fucking incredible.

2. Led Zeppelin - Dope and shit, of course. Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You is one of my all time favourite songs - I still listen to that shit now on a daily basis.

^ Those are two of the greatest.

Others include:-

Avenged Sevenfold - simply for the sheer emotional power of a lot of their tracks. Afterlife is fucking sweet, Dear God is a dope track and The Wicked End owns the fuck outta both of them though.

Dragonforce - in general they are not an overly popular song because not many appreciate their style of metal/rock (not to mention their songs tend to sound the same)... but Through the Fire and the Flames, and Operation Ground & Pound are two of the sickest songs I've heard for rapid guitar playing. The videos for both tracks are awesome to.

Enter Shikari - they are more of a post-hardcore group. They suck ass pretty much, but I've gotta give props to any group that can make tracks using sound effects from old Nintendo games and actually build up an impressive fan-base around them.

Fightstar - the under appreciated gem. They can drop some real powerful, mellow songs.. they can also drop some heavy aggressive shit with some hard guitar playing and a nice portion of screaming that doesn't make the song sound garbage, but actually adds to it.

Breaking Benjamin - I don't give two fucks if dudes don't like them. I think they are awesome, almost all of their tracks I enjoy and can listen to continuously. Diary of Jane is cool, Until the End.. So Cold - both decent songs and of course, my personal favourite.. You Fight Me.

Muse - They have an original sound and one of the best guitarists in the world in Matthew Bellamy. He is the shizznit - the riffs in Plug In Baby, Super Massive Black Hole and Knights of Cydonia are all in the Top 100 Riffs of All Time.

Then you've got some of the decent songs that come from sleeper groups that aren't all that great in general.

Now I Lay Thee Down by MACHINEHEAD
Rapture by HURT
Cry Little Sister by AIDEN
Lead Sails (And A Paper Anchor) by ATREYU
This Fire Burns by KILLSWITCH ENGAGE

I could go on, but I've probably gone on long enough.
