Steroid use is also quite constant with cutler, hes talked about it before. Working out for 7 - 8 hours a day for these people is how they goow a lot from the roids. If they didnt work out as much, all the synthetic testosterone will turn into estrogen and grow mantitties. It's been well documented that the more you work out while using steroids, the less probable it is for feminine side effects.
If you want to become a body builder, by all means work out for extended periods of time... just make sure you have a professional trainer with you to guide you along as you can severely damage yourself working out for extended periods of time straining your muscles.
2 hours on a specific region of the body is a MUCH better way of working out, it allows for muscle strain but nothing extreme and dangerous. It also allows for the much needed regeneration of muscles which is needed to grow bigger and stronger.
if you look at the body builders, an extreme amount of supplements is uses, most of them have round the clock trainers / chefs etc. Its kind of ridiculous but it is their profession.
If you question any of what ive said.. watch "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" a documentary on steroids, steroid use, and several athletes that use this.
