No, hypothetically that did make sense.
Just like the word minute, hypothetically is used by people who say Hot or Quick "Minute" as a 'Span of Time'
Thus a span of time being Quick, would make sense.
Sadly a Minute is a recorded span of time, no one just wants to say "While"
