How about black background with the mobster finished (more torso) and have the whole mobster fade from green to white to red. A different font for both I'm not feeling the font so much. Red and white fancy cursive perhaps for your name? And something rough for the title? Give the parental advisory a white border.

And if money is a problem hustle it up you'll be glad you went with something people remember.
