If you guys want a real workout do what me and my brother were doing for a while trust me

Find a hard surface like tile or wood, get into the start of a pushup position, and just stay in that position for 10 minutes and do that everyday or twice a day if you can, if you can do more then 10 good for you

Honestly you could just do that by itself and you'd be notice the difference in your body just from a couple weeks so imagine applying it with working out

Not only that but if gives you calices that last for life on ur knuckles, you'll be able to punch anything without it hurting
