But you say it's not being generalized racially, and this is probably because they are just the blacks in YOUR area.

So technically, it would be racial hate, except 1. You're not hating, just telling them to stop a certain thing that you feel is unacceptable publicly, even though it is a general piece of the public (Blacks) that are doing it. and 2. You realize it doesn't apply to 100% of blacks and that it applies to SOME people other than blacks.

So you're not just pointing out flaws because they are black, you are pointing out flaws and the people you're exampling to criticize are mostly black.

I didn't read anything after the first and second post, so I don't even know if what I just said is relevant, but I wrote it, and won't further put any thought into it.. Unless something convinces me you're racist..
