...being a real leader is always going to have it's up's and downs. not everyone can handle the pressure of calling the shots and paying those consequences for doing so. i really think that you are doing a great job, seriously. shit can get tiresome or even feel forced at times, but that is why we take on that burden. it is our job to not give up on the people that ride along side of us and to continue pushing them and ourselves tirelessly towards that pursuit of excellence that we so hope to reach TOGETHER. that's what we do. we set examples vish. if we get hit hard, we take the punch and stand the fuck back up, ready for another shot. when people don't listen, we find new ways to communicate with them. when others are tired of the journey, we show them how to march on. we will lose loved ones throughout the trek, but that isn't on us. that's on them. not all people are strong enough, dedicated enough and/or smart enough to know that anything worth accomplishing is worth the great deal of pain that we are constantly put through to get what we want.
