I've been in the zone on many occassions.

One time that sticks out was when I was younger, playing football (soccer) and some dude on the opposite team was getting real cocky and talking shit at me. So I was determined to put him down. I locked onto him and must've tracked him from one side of the pitch to the other, ignoring the ball and just waiting till someone passed it to him. Then when they did, BLOW! I chopped that motherfucker down hard. It was kinda gay that I got sent off for it, but he got subbed to because he couldn't walk afterwards. HAHA! FUCK YOU BOY!!

But yeah, in that moment following him I had like no sound hitting my ears and the world just sorta became invisible to me and all I could see was that cocky bastard.
