Well naturally a better technology can run a game better. Just like if your computer was better technology than the PS3 it would have better gameplay than the PS3 although that wouldn't exactly affect the fun you get out of it.
Which is what you're talking about Kirk... The only defense the 360 has are titles and festivities. How much a video game is purchased has nothing to do with how much the system is purchased. Systems break and CDs get scratched up, each have to be replaced, this is what ruins calculating any actual percents by how much a game is bought.
Especially when broke asses barely manage to scrape the cash to buy a 360, then they throw on top of that one game. One game + One system. Which is what probably happened a lot in Halo 3's scenario.
