Right now the ship is sinking. If the bailout isn't passed the ship will probably sink. If the bailout is passed, the ship may sink anyway, but it's the best option we have left.

The financial industry is collapsing and everybody's so quick to talk about how the bailout may not work, but AT LEAST IT'S SOMETHING. This is the worst financial crisis this country has been in since 1929 and everybody wants to sit on their hands and watch? WHAT THE FUCK kind of garbage ass solution is that? You're right, the financial industry may collapse even with the bailout, but at least the bailout will give it a chance to work.

Giving money to people 18+ will not solve ANYTHING. Whoever wrote the little article that you posted doesn't understand how capitalism works. I'm tired of these media and political morons pretending like they understand capitalism's archeticture when they don't.
