seriously dog, you don't have to believe me (i know you won't...lol)...but i've been in "cheap" $6,000-$10,000 mustangs (standard old school '88-'91 model 5.0's with suped up upgrades) that wiped their asses with the new "high end" vette's easily. i've seen it done to new eclipses...porsches...maro's...hondas...you name it. i've seen cars that cost 10 times as much as what was put into these older stangs (in total) get spanked mercilessly. chuuuch. im not trying to be a dick about, im just speaking off of experience. of course any vehicle with the right amount of money and parts put into it is going to be a beast, but as far as a low maintenance car that has major swag, sexy looks and raw muscle power (even the bone stock one's do)...the stang is in a league of it's own, word. just imagine if you did drop at least half of the loot into one of them as this $80,000 vette. it'd get reeeeeaaaaal ugly for ford haters. :-(
