Bama belongs in #2. And you'll see less people proclaiming they deserve #1. That was a sloppy performance. Only the defense lived up to the hype, except on that last drive. How you gon let a 50 yd pass TD in prevent D? LOL

i never said Alabama deserved to be #1...i just said they had a much more impressive resume. The only people saying that Alabama should be #1 are people who are not Bama fans. Basically all of us think that OU deserves the #1 spot..they just havent played anyone relevant in the national scene...and Alabama has. 2 of them actually...on the road...and squashed the both of them.
and if you think that OU wont have a game where they struggle this year...then someone is delusional. Can we say Colorado? USC with Oregon State....Florida and Ole Miss. LSU and Miss State. I could go on. The national champions lost to both Kentucky and Arkansas a year ago. It happens.
Every week there is an upset. Every week a team that is not supposed to compete with a top ranked foe...does just that and competes. Bama played their worst game of the season..and still won the game by a margin much greater than what the score showed. And KY was giving up less that 6 points per game...it was 5 point something coming into the game..and they only gave up 10 on D yesterday. And ive seen Kentucky play a couple times..and ive seen TCU play a couple times...if you think TCU's D is even comparable to KY's...no..just...no.
and about Sabans comments..have you ever seen that dude smile? He finds something wrong with everything. He was pissed off after we crushed Georgia. He will get them straight.
