And I'm not talking about communication courses. I'm basically minoring in that. Like you said most people share same concept with that. I mean english classes dealing with literature where you read short stories or poems, (aka subjects where there is almost NO wrong opinion, so almost nobody has the same opinion). I'm talking about those classes. Sometimes shit gets heated because two people don't know it's just a fucking class and they get offended when someone says they disagree with them.

i feel you... but i'm getting a BA in Communication Studies, which is diff than Communications in the sense of the type of courses... i'm not saying we're debating how to use a camera correctly lol. for example, i'm in an African-American Rhetoric class that is in the COMM department, i'm in a Cultural Diversity class, which is basically Marxism 101 and is in the COMM department... most of my classes are like that in dealing with social issues revolving around the way in which we communicate. my masters degree will be more focused on career-based training. and, i'm also an African-American Studies minor, so yeah, most of my classes are VERY opinionated and discussion-based.
