lol, very true... i was just responding to his use of the phrase, but it has DEFINITELY never referred to the president. it is a figurative phrase used for the dominant culture in general.

but, ya know... according to all of the brilliant people on this website i'm a dumbass because i go to one of the top universities in the nation and STUDY this shit... not to mention the fact that nearly every scholar on the topic agrees with me.
