Yeah I wish these 5'5" girls were about dunks too haha. That's not gonna happen though.

But yeah SPuL I used to do that one drill you were talkin about. And I'm gonna get them started on free throws. I saw this thing with Ray Allen talking about shooting free throws if you feel out of rhythm. So good stuff.

And my jumper is pretty good, but it's hard to teach these kids something in 3 months that I've worked on for 12 or so years.
