Instead of using the quick reply box, (the one at the bottom of a normal thread). Use the "New Reply" its on the right side.
Then go to the bottom of the page, and above "submit thread" their is a thing saying "Attach Image" (I think thats what it says). So, just click that, find the pic on the computer you want to put up, click "Open" Then click submit thread.
