Iraq own about 113 BILLION oil barrels. 2nd behind Saudi Arabi who has 276 BILLION. There was a fund made up for the reconstruction of Iraq after this war. All 41 Allied Nations contributed to this fund. The plan is to use tha oil as one of their natural resources for export. Nations will buy oil from Iraq, which in turn, stimulates their economy. That will make Iraq great.
