I don't really know if I'd call this "fucked up" because there's no sound. I have a pretty strong feeling that this bitch deserved it, we just don't know why. The closest visual thing to provocation is that she kicked her shoe off in the officers' direction, which is not enough to catch an ass whuppin' over. So there's gotta be something else going on that we don't know about due to the lack of audio.
