I didn't see anything that said that the
only reason she got whupped was because she kicked a shoe off. There was also nothing on that link that said what was discussed in court, aside from the not guilty plea.
Not everybody gets beaten by the police for no reason. I'm saying there needs to be audio so that the officer's actions can be justified.
"But he was abusing his power as a policeman!" It's 2009, and not looking like that's gonna stop anytime soon, if that's even the case here.
