The set up says, "I took a break for a long time. . ." The start of the punchline says "So I'll take another one. . ."
"Taking another one" implied "Taking another break," as I had just mentioned it in the set up. The set up is supposed to set up the punchline.
Notice I even used the same verb to help the reader remember what they just read 1 second ago in the set up -- "I TOOK a break" and "I'll TAKE another one."
I didn't think it was that hard to get.
