But I said Borat and not Sacha Baron Cohen. Therefore I was referring to the character of Borat. Which brings us to the reality that the character of Borat has not been witnessed speaking in anything other than broken english. In conclusion one must make a educated guess that the character of Borat does not have the capability of speaking english fluently.
