Personally I'd go with the all black. If you went with the Black/Red it'd be absolutely crucial for the colors to match, and if you're ordering them online it's pretty much a crapshoot. Besides, if you're comfortable with your painting skills, you can always just spray paint part of them red down the road.

But yeah, all things considered, I'd go with the black.
