in other news, wtf @ the quad bruise i just got balling up yesterday. Then it feels ok today so i try to man up, go in for a drive, get kneed in exact same spot and now I'm prolly out for a week or so. shit sons... wtf are the chances, 2 days same spot twice. pshh
