Did you mean Elephantitis? Otherwise the proper term is Podoconiosis, or Non-Filarial Endemic Elephantiasis. Elephantitis is caused by a parasitic worm or worms transmitted into the body through mosquitoes. The disease only exists in tropical regions, such as Africa. Non-Filarial Endemic Elephantiasis is contracted by absorbing silica particles from the soil of a tropical location such as Africa, South and Central America, Indonesia etc. It usually only affects farmers who farm, bare-feet, in volcanic highland zones, or lowlands irrigated by rivers.
In any case, both diseases only affect the lower half of the body, never the ears, and can only be found in tropical regions. So no, I don't suffer from this disease.
