fucking piece of shit computer wont even let me change the time settings

it only lets me change the time zone but when I put it to the correct one it says it's 4 1/2 hours ahead, is the 26th of april, and is the year 2007

im high as fuck too eh this shit is fucking tripping me out and pissing me off, I just wanna slam it on the floor. I turned it off and it was all good, i turn it back on and it's like this. Fucking HP's man -_-
