Make them mother fuckers listen. I cannot begin to list the battles I have lost without receiving one listen. Forget explaining. Half of them are retards and can't tie their own shoes. Just throw up the basics, explain it to them, show them how to vote and then make it easy with little buttons. And what the hell flashy graphics dont hurt.
