2 Month Killer Conditioning Training (For Advanced Lifters)

I'm currently doing conditioning training, but will switch over to bodybuilding at the end of August. Here is my current conditioning routine that is kille and you can have great gains from this. However, you will need to take protein supplements because this routine is really designed to grow muscle while reducing body fat % at the same time. People may say this is overtrainning, but I really dont care because I have adequate recovery time:

Karate Training
Abs, Obleks
Heavy Bag Boxing

Jump Training
More Cardio
30 Minute Treadmill Walk



Week One Day Three
Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
Abs, Obleks
5 - 45 Second Intervals of Speed Bag
5 - 3 Minute Intervals of Heavy Bag


Week One Day Four
Stretch
45 Minute Treadmill
More Cardio



Week One Day Five
Chest, Back, Light Neck
Karate Training
Abs, Obleks
4 Count Jumping Jacks

Rest / Stretch
