Yeah that's pretty much exactly it. In that same spirit though, by not paying your employees a decent wage, you're doing exactly what capitalism is meant for you to do, make a profit. You're encouraged to try to get more than you give. You're encouraged to sell an item for way more than it costs to make it. You're ENCOURAGED to pay your workers way less money than their labor brought in FOR YOU. If you paid them exactly what they deserve than there's no profit and you'd only break even. Captialism does have its perks though I mean look at sebastians car. |
