Hockey (im not 100% sure of....they have shoot outs now, but i still think that after the shoot out it can still be a tie.)
NFL (yes, after one OT)
the point im trying to make though. is that no major sport in america has a 'tie' in the playoff's. They shouldn't have tie's either in World Cup play. Let them have a shoot out. Give it some excitment. Who the fuck cares if two teams tie? that shit is lame.
