well there seems to be quite a debate over who won this battle. well here's a crazy thing i learned on other sites it's called explaining your vote i'ma try it like this

crook-"Dam Right hes Dizzy D, Knockin em 360 degrees" great way to open a battle nice and direct punch

dizzy-"Great anguishing torture, throwing punches in shells out of a mortar, making your head crooked with third degree burns like an african scorture//" not much of a punch but the multis used my lord!

breakdown of rest of match

flow- crook ed gets this he's was just there and easier to find not that dizzy wasn't good just you know

punches- close here outside of the opener crook didn't have much i'd have to say it's a tie

mutlis- dizzy every line had something rhyming and it was alot of high sylable stuff too not rhyming bat with cat or nothing dizzy gets this

volcab- you know i gotta give this to dizzy with all of those multis and big words

overall- dizzy d took this bout the only thing that really hurt him was crook's opening line aside from that dizzy had it the whole way through
