it shouldn't matter if they're in tha league or not as long as they make an attempt to explain why they voted on whoeva they chose. atleast cannabarz explained hiz vote. mad_man didn't at all. i don't think mad_man'z should count for that reason. don't think i'm tryin to cheat u out a vote or anything cuz if sumbody voted for me and it wuz unexplained i'd take it away myself.
