its text, so this is an abstract piece, before u diss it, u must understand it, decypher it...
its about a guy who just got shot, getting the offers of going to heaven or hell while the doctors fight for his life (masked insurance crooks), his sub-conscience is experiencing childhood flashbacks on how his life was so fucked up, so then had to resorts to selling drugs (old guy under the tree) leading to the shooting, he's laying there having these flashbacks not knowing he is dying
