if i could vote, i would vote for 13th, he had the better flow, billy's shit was all jumbled, and half his shit didn't make sense, and if u try to sell that shit, it wouldn't make cents. so even though that one gay rhyme about goosebumps and r.l. stine by 13th made him sound like he was a 8 year-old kid, i still would've voted for that one.
