Silent Witness

He lay there out cold...dead to the world
no one could wake him up and there was no resolve
We all say thre waiting and anticipating on him catchin his breath
but it wasnt untill the paramedics declared he was infact dead
that we gave up...we knew he was a goner but atleast we tried
but what we didnt kno what had hapened and how he had died
we watched as he got carted away in the ambulance
there was many solutions to the riddle but they were all abmbiguois
there were no marks, no blood and no weapons
no one saw anything that happened that could countirbute to evidence
we were thanked for our participation
told to move along withough hesitation
i took one last glance at the corpse in the vehicle
struggled for amoment with fiction and what was real
there were so many questions that ran thru ma mind
how had this man actually lost his life?
i asked to be kept updated in the state of happenings
i wanted to kno the answers to all of the things
that happened that night in that street where i passed
i wanted to kno why it happened and at which cost
i got told that forenics were looking into the matter
i thought things would be fine and that theyd get better
but another fonecall later i found out the case had been closed
they couldnt find ou what happened turns out noboday knows
what happened that night and who this culprit is
and the file was deleted wit only one silent witness
