What if…
…You left me?
Skies turn black
Clouds swell up
You turn you back
And I find the cup
You keep on walkin
And I take a sip
Your never talking
While the poison drips
…You stayed?
Skies still black
The Clouds erupt
We both turn our back
And wish to give up
we continue the fight
And chug from the cup
Stay up all night
Losing the love
Some choices don’t matter
It all ends the same
We choose just to flatter
Without knowing a name
We hurt ourselves to help
We care too much for others
We lose the needs of ourself
And deny our mothers
For girls a guy will do anything
What if that wasn’t the case
Angels would land and many sing
If the men went ahead of the race
We are dominated by the females
And they scream we’re sexist
We get blamed when he fails
And can never seem to fix this
So what if… we gave up
Never tried again
Would we all resort to the cup?
And another cycle begins?
Abused by booze and not the girl
Alcoholics we all are
Drink until we have to hurl
And pass out in the bar
So we have the choice to choose
Between women
Or between booze
I hope you make the right decision
Cause a lot depends on this
Live in a dream
Or take the pain and kiss
But when you decide
Remember my words
And don’t be opinion deprived
fly with birds,
let life be lived
Pass the herds
And ask what if?
