this shit was tighttttttttttt from both ya'll!, damn nice!..... but like hottie said above, R-Rated's punches were all right on the spot and on target, his flow though i didnt like, i thought it was bit jagged... Noiz had consistant flow throughout, and some dope punches and wordplay...........
im going to go with Noiz on this one... flow is what rappin is about, an punches, but they were tied on punches, but with flow he got the inch.
