Dam i just got loads of idea's so mines done already...
Goin for, innocence in a bad situation.
[The Incident]
I was sittin in mass when tha bomb blasts hatched..
debris flying I'm crying.. God save me fast..
Dust powdered and it's crowded.. my wife lays dead..
a stained glass gash bleading red.. blood pooled round her head..
I grabbed my kids and I said.. "we've gotta get out"
People huddled in denial.. What's this madness about..
The pews splintered and I'm steppin on the bodies of friends..
Civil War? My Lord.. will the insanity end..
Here comes tha troops on the loose.. I gotta react..
Scooped up my kids and I dash.. before the next impact..
on tha ground lies a mac.. and a full clip of ammo..
Momentarily it's darin me to act like rambo..
But I know.. "though I walk through tha shadow of death"
"the Lord is my shepherd" and I need nothing less..
than a miracle.. if I respond in kind..
I'm no better than them.. so I leave it behind..
Spirit fills me divine.. and a light shows tha way..
As I run I pray.. Father in heaven please stay..
guide my footsteps and also.. My God please forgive them..
For they know not what they do.. and I hope for a blessin..
I bust out tha back.. past the rat-a-tat-tat..
Burstin amunitions aimed... right at my back..
In a stage of innocence like peer pressure and crack..
me and my children fall flat.. and cover our heads..
as tha napalm rain falls and blankets tha dead..
the stink-and-tha-stench rises deep-as-a-mist..
concussion grenades detonate.. shrapnels sprayed but they miss..
I give my daughters and son one more kiss.. and tell them I love them..
no matter what happens.. I'll be in heaven above them..
I shove them.. foreward.. towards tha last Red cross truck..
as they run I've spun.. and raise my eyes... wish for luck..
Then provide tha destraction.. in sacrificial type stature..
I head straight for disaster.. and commend my soul to my master..
Lord forgive me.. for the things left undone..
A voice from heaven fills my ears.. "Welcome my son".....
