well, you need better content. I doubt you're actually a boss of the cellblock, so you need to stop frontin. Just write a piece that has a deeper meaning, and add in some words that make it sound better. Vocab, my man.
Your flow was okay, but a good way to maintain flow (doesn't always work) is keeping all your lines with the same, or close to the same amount of syllables.
Multies aren't necessary, but they can add to it. A multi is rhyming more than one word. It can make your rhymes look and sound better.
