THe Rocks signiture thing is called the peoples eyebrow, he does it all the time. When you impress people, another term for that is called raising "peoples eyebrows" So when he says raising more peoples eyebrows than the rock, hes saying that his rhymes are nice but hes incorporating the whole rock peoples eyebrow thing.
