2 answer ur question..as a lyricist..i respect pac..he had his own style..he had a very basic scheme but in his basic scheme he described greatly..Pac was more of a strait foward rhymer..in my opinion..7 day theory and Me against the world was his best shit..but 2 anser ur question...no..pac is not the greatest..theres many heads out there that overpasses pac's greatness
