Man thats what hip-hop is .... breakbeats, Some of Dre's biggiest hits are just stright jacks from loops...It's called diggin in the crates poeple...And Dre's still the greatest hip-hop producer of all-time becasue everybody does that so....whateva...The only thing about that is when you big like Dre you gotta make sure you clear that shit nowadays, or chop that shit up to the point were poeple can't trace it..a la Premo, or 9th Wonder
