I didn't feel either on of you that much, but I like that DaShow tried to put some thought into his wordplay. That put his above on the lyrical level.
Reading wise, X held it with simple flow and decent syllables.
I would normally say tie, but I'll give this one to DaShow because the "switch styles" punch wasn't very dope, but the twist was decent.
Overall, lyricism beats looks.
